Now, I will tell you what will you learn when you will be a Tenth grade student. All of these are made by me except the produce text :) There are Dialog; Dialog Introduce, Dialog Showing Sympathy, Dialog Inviting Someone, Recount Text, Announcement, Advertisement, Story Telling and the last Procedure Text. • Dialog Introduce

Situation : In the class, Nidya meets Putri. They haven’t known each other

Nidya  : May I sit here?

Putri   : Sure

Nidya  : By the way, my name is Nidya. May I know yours?

Putri   : My name is Putri

Nidya  : Nice to meet you, Putri J

Putri   : I’m glad to meet you too, Nidya J

Nidya  : Where do you live?

Putri   : I live at Jalan Jati Kampung Pinang number 211. And you?

Nidya  : I live at Perumdam Tunggul Hitam

            How do you go to school?

Putri   : I go to school by motorcycle. You?

Nidya  : I go to school by public transportation

            What are your hobbies?

Putri   : Reading novels and travelling

            Your hobby is reading books, isn’t it?

Nidya  : yes, that’s the one of my hobbies. My hobbies are reading

            Books, watching movies, travelling and listening music

            What’s your favorite cuisine?

Putri   : Indonesian and Chinese cuisine. How about you?

Nidya  : Indonesian and American cuisine.

Putri   : ooh,, Nidya, I’m sorry. I have to go now. See you later!

Nidya  : Good bye. See you next time!

        Last week, My family and I went to Mifan Waterpark in Padang Panjang. We went there by car. We were very enjoy it.

        At the morning, I got up at 05.00 AM to pray Shubuh, so did my family. Then we took a shower. After that, we prepared things who would be brought like clothes, swimming suit, tools of shower and many foods for the best couple on trip. At seven o’clock AM, we were going. “We are going!!!” said my sister.

        After two hours later, we arrived at Padang Panjang. We looked for a hotel for rest place.

        Tomorrow, we would have gone to Mifan. After ten minutes, we arrived there. We put our luggage, and we changed our clothes. Then we crashed the water! I tried the roller coaster. How a fantastic! I insisted my mom to ride that.. But, my mom was scared. After that, I visited 4D cinema, flying fox and the other facilities.

        A few hours later, we reached hotel. We took a rest there for one night more. After that, we went back home. We were very excited. That’s my best holiday. I will remember it for the rest of my life. 

• Announcement

        To all students of Senior High School number 1 Sumber. We will go for trip to five famous univercities in Indonesia next week. The five famous univercities are UI, UNPAD, UGM, ITB and STAN.

Hello everybody!

        Have you ever visited Madame Tussauds in Hongkong? I think, you haven’t ever gone there.. Hmm.. Let me tell you a little.

        Madame Tussauds is just twenty minutes from Hongkong. You know? There are many actors and actresses and famous peoples in there. Wait a minute! It’s just a replica of them! But, their face are same with their replica. You can take picture with them. You can find Justin Bieber there and you can get picture with him too..

        It costs Rp. 50.000 for a adult and Rp. 30.000 for a kid. We are open at nine o’clock AM until ten o’clock PM.

• Dialog Showing Sympathy

Situation : Your friend has just lost her money. Now she’s sad

Putri   : Nidya, what happened to you? Are you OK?

Nidya  : Oh Putri.. I’ve just lost my money that I’ll use it for paying my school

Putri   : that’s terrible. Hmm.. I will lend you some money. You can give back

             My money anytime you can

Nidya  : ooh.. it doesn’t matter Putri

Putri   : it’s OK, nidyaa

Nidya  : Thank you Putri , you are my bestfriend forever 

• Story Telling

The Chipmunk That Run Away

        Once upon a time, there was a nervous little chipmunk. She was always afraid that something had happened to her. One day, she heard a little noise. It was really an apple that fell down to the ground. But the little chipmunk was afraid and said “The sky is falling in”. Then she ran away as fast as she could go. Soon she met the deer who asked “Where are you running to, little chipmunk?”. The little chipmunk answered “The sky is falling in and I’m running away”. “The sky is falling in?” Said the deer and he told all the animals.

        The larger animal like the tiger and the elephant began to say “The sky is falling in”. Then the wise lion heard all the noise and asked “What are you saying?”. The animals answered “oh we heard it from little chipmunk”. And the lion asked “little chipmunk, what made made you say like that?”. The little chipmunk answered “I saw it there near the tree”. “Well..” said the Lion. “Come with me and I will show you how something”.

        Then he showed the little chipmunk that the apples had fallen to the ground. This made the noise that had made her afraid. The little chipmunk said “Oh I see.. the sky is not falling in..”. The lion said “Let’s go back and tell all the other animals”. So at last all the animals knew that the sky was not falling in.

• Dialog Inviting Someone

Nidya  : Hello.. can I speak to Putri?

Putri   : speaking..

Nidya  : Hello Putri. Is there anything you do tonight?

Putri   : Why?

Nidya  : Do you remember Alfi, my oldfriend?

Putri   : oh you mean Alfi who we met in Bali?

Nidya  : yes, you’re right. Tonight is her birthday. And she invites her

             Classmates. Would you like to come with me?

Putri   : Okay, what time the party will be held?

Nidya  : at seven

Putri   : Allright, I will pick you up at 6.30. it’s allright?

Nidya  : yes,, that’s allright

Putri   : Okay,, see you tonight then

Nidya  : see you too 

• Procedure Text

How to Make A Bregedel Tempe

The ingredients to make bregedel tempe are:

• 150 g tempe
• 2 tablespoons fried shallots
• 3 kaffir lime leaves
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 egg
• 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

And to make the spice paste, you need:

• 3 large chilies, seeds removed
• 3 small chilies
• 2 red shallots
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon chopped galangal
• 1 candle nut
• 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon shrimp paste

Here are the instructions to make Bregedel Tempe.

1. Mash the tempe with a fork or place in the bowl of a food processor and blend until it resembles coarse bread crumbs.
2. Grind the spices in a mortar and pestle or place in the bowl of a food processor and blend to a smooth paste.
3. Put the mashed tempe in a bowl and mix with the spice paste, fried shallots and lime leaves. Stir in the flour, followed by the egg.
4. Shape the tempe into fritters the size of a golf ball and flatten a little with a fork.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over a medium flame. When the oil is hot, drop the fritters into the oil, five or six at a time.
6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with rice.
